If you are not satisfied with your OOKA Device (“Product(s)”) purchased from our website, you may return your used Product within 14 days of the date or receipt for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

     2. Eligibility

- The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to Products purchased between August 12, 2024, and September 12, 2024.

- Purchases must be made through our official website [de.ooka.com] to qualify for the money-back guarantee.

     3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at de.consumercare@ooka.com within 14 days of receipt of your product.

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return.

3. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your product, the return will be free of charge.

     4. Conditions for Return

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.

- The product must be in like-new condition.

- All original parts, manuals, and documentation must be included.

     5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under the 14-day money-back guarantee:

- OOKA pods or accessories.

- Any product that has been damaged or altered.

     6. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges under the 14-day money-back guarantee.
